    PROS - Easy recipe to follow and make. Beautifully light and very tasty.
    CONS - I didn't find any cons, but do note that 170 deg C is for a convection oven - drop the temperature 20 degrees if you are using a fan oven to 150C.
    No meal seems complete without dessert, and this dessert completes any meal in a wonderful manner.
