    Bah I forgot to say you should salt and pepper to taste. Also you can use a little onion powder or nutmeg to spice if you prefer.

    I made these for breakfast this morning, they were brilliant :D

    I used a grated onion in the potatoes, and used a total of 3/4 of a cup of flour in the mix.

    They are awesome for breakfast. We made them again on the weekend, so I took the chance to snap a couple of photos so I can post them here. I'll probably do the same for the other items I've posted but don't yet have pictures.
